With over 18 years of experience teaching Pilates and a lifelong love of all things fitness, Davina is perfectly placed to guide you on your fitness journey. Whether you like to work alone or in a group, whatever your age, and no matter what stage of your journey you're at, Davina is on a mission to help you build wellbeing into your daily life.
Davina works with people recovering from illness and injuries, as well as those who want to improve their overall health. She is also qualified to teach Pilates during and after pregnancy.
Pilates is suitable for most people, and is proven to help tone the abdominal muscles, and strengthen those surrounding the spine. With practice it can improve your posture and flexibility in a balanced, slow and relaxed way.

Davina wants to help you feel confident, whether you're coming along to a class for the first time, looking to Pilates to help relieve pain from a long-term condition, or working on healthier eating habits. She's at her happiest when her work helps clients feel great about themselves and their fitness!
For one-to-one tuition, Davina can see you at her home studio in Goffs Oak, or if you're more comfortable in your own home, she can travel to you if you live within a ten mile radius. She will put together a programme to suit you, from gentle Pilates to challenging fitness sessions. Insured By: Reps
